Research Interests

My name is Son, and my research interest is in AI/ML in drug discovery, Cheminformatics, Bioinformatics, AI in Life Science, whatever you want to call it! I am really passionate about the field, and about training models and minimizing cost functions to solve difficult Life Science problem 🙂 .

In my PhD, I focused on developing AI/ML models for multi-omics data like Cell Painting and Transcriptomics. Now,, I workk on generative AI with small molecules and natural products.
